-I am shipping orders out as fast as humanly possible. I will ship quickly and am generally way ahead of the shipping estimates given but I am seeing some slow movement with USPS. It is not consistent and I have no way of knowing whether a package will be delayed or arrive quickly. Please please pretty please do not leave a negative review regarding shipping times. I promise I have no control over shipping speed once it leaves my hands.

-USPS is still experiencing delays and some mail is moving slowing. Please be aware of this when you place your order.

-Tracking information may not show up and movement on tracking may not show for several days. In some cases, they ares skipping scanning packages altogether.

-Please be patient, they generally pull through, keep the faith but understand they are not able to try to track down slow moving packages, I have asked and they keep telling me no! For these reasons, I am unable to guarantee delivery by a certain date.

-PLEASE please please double and triple check your mailing address and order details before you place your order!!!!

- I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses once your order is placed. I do my best to try to change the address if needed but I am extremely busy and I don't always see messages before I ship the orders out. I am working very hard to get orders shipped ASAP and messages and changes slow things down.

-It is important to get all the order details correct on the actual order, not in an email to me after the order is placed. Again, I will do my best to help you but please try to help me too. If you need help, one email through Etsy messages will suffice.

Please be aware that USPS shipping times are moving slower than normal currently. I take no responsibility for this other than living in Ohio, where the USPS has removed 24 sorting machines in the past few months. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee an on time delivery even if you choose priority shipping. I hate the delays as much as you do, I promise! Priority shipping may shorten time going through the mail system but I still need production time to fulfill your order. Most items in my shop are made after you place the order.
